I had a few problems translating from estonian to belgian so correct me if this is not understood right:

Elektrikaup.ee / Aleksander Siilbaum is NOT a scammer?
He buys left-over products from companies that are bankrupt?
He does not pay taxes? (is this a problem for me as a buyer that HE does not pay them?)
The Products normally always work but guarantee/replacement could be a problem if they don't.

For me the most important thing is that he DOES ship when the money is transfered and that he is NOT a scammer.
Has anyone bought anything from him yet was everything fine with the products?


If possible please try to answer me in English because Google Translator is not working too well.

He seems to respond to questions very quickly and if he is known within Estonia to ship the goods i don't think that he will start scamming for something worth 80€.

Sometimes he offer cheaper alternatives and if you want brand you really wanted, then bulk discount is off.
For online order this can be unpleasant if you order some decided brand and got something else.
